Getting ready to replace the clutch on my 93 and was wondering if there are better replacements than the GM one. Also need to know if there are any other items I should change other than the clutch disk, pressure plate, and release bearing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :flag
yup. you can try to reuse it... but it is not recommended.
the dual mass is a pain... it has 2 chunks of steel, joined by a rubber "spring". the rubber does not like getting contaminated by the lube used during cutting, then, there is a fitment issue from having a flywheel that is too thin.
some have tried it... but I am not convinced it will last.
