Misfiring - Opti time?

Misfiring - Opti time?
Service Engine soon light came on this AM.
Pulled the codes and I am getting misfires on multiple cylinders.
With 78,000 miles on the car I think it is Opti time.
I tried to look around the waterpump and can see no leakage but I can't be sure.
I wanted to go with Dynatech but for $599 vs $297...
I will probably change the waterpump and plug wires at the same time.
Anything else you think it can be?
