What temp of a thermostat are you running? Engines are big vaccums. If the oil don't get hot enough the moisture that is pulled though the engine will never cook out. Short drives are the same thing over a period of time. One more thing I would make sure that your PVC valve is working..
Finally, a voice of reason. Some people tend jump to a more serious problem than the obvious. Short drives where the oil isn't allowed to remain at operating temp for a period of time or low temp thermostats combined with cooler weather are condensation make machines.

Everything is fine, I dronve the car around today and it is fine, changed the oil and it looked fine as well. It was just condensation.
