Ok, so I read that my TPSv should be around 5v at WOT, but I'm only seeing 3.98v at 99.9% on my Ease scan tool. So I double check that at the TPS with my DMM and sure enough 4v is all I get at WOT.
Well it looks like it's time for a new TPS, so what is this learn procedure I read about in my manual, that can only be done with the Tech 1 or T-100 :smash:
Also, you'll never see 5v unless something is wrong. It'll set off a code if the ecm sees the full 5v or close to it. Mine read 4.3V or so last I check at wot.
More importantly, what is your TPS reading at idle? It should be around .60 volts. Check and make sure when you press the throttle to the floor (with the engine off of course) that the throttle blades are opening all the way. You should be able to get more than 4.00 volts at WOT.
The blades are opening 100%, and at 3.16v from the TPS the L and R Integrator's lock in at 128, so this tells me its in PE mode.
I get .59v from the TPS at idle. I belive the TPS is working properly, but I will keep an eye on the voltages. :seeya
