okay i think i found the problem i took my car out tody and hooked up the ez link my main focus was knock retard and yes 1st and 2nd gear at wot i had knock retard. i went wot a few times and noticed it went as high as 5 some were 4,3 now what???

52mm throttle body,vortex ram air,ported plenum and accel lg tube runners ,tpis long tube headers,msd coil, muffler eliminators 1 cat in center of car,adj fuel reg set at 45 with hose off, 160 stat, new 22# injectors, new fuel pump,and filter,rapid fire #5 gapped at 40, new ultra 40 wires, new knock sensor, egr valve,coolent sensor,iac and i have a stock prom.

What was the O2 sensor readings when at WOT?
If it was not around 900-910mV, bump fuel pressure; I think 45psi is a bit lean for your mods. You could be going lean causing ping with subsequent knock retard.
Also, check base timing.
