Newbie Automatic transmission question
What year, if ever, did GM start using the Electronic versions of the Automatic in the C4 and which version (4L80E or 4L60E) if they did?

A4 in 94 - that's good, sounds like a campaign slogan (okay, maybe that's not good).
It would have been the 4L60E, I don't believe the 4L80E has ever been used in a Corvette (even the new C6, which I believe has a 4L65E).

I have a 94 GMC P/U with TBI and I was looking to see if any of the 91 and earlier ECU's could control a TPI style replacement motor as well as the 4L60E transmission.
Will have to think about this.... 383 LT1 might just fit...
