how is the traction control function disabled in a '90?
How does one "turn off" the traction control module on a late L98? I couldn't find anything about this in the archives. I believe the LT1's have a switch to turn this on or off. How do you turn this off on mine? I think it resets itself once the ignition is turned off, so the procedure - whatever it is - would be repeated again once the ignition is turned back on.

Since it doesn't have traction control, but you thought it did, I'm guessing you don't have a tire spin problem. Take a close look at the engine. Maybe someone swapped in a Crossfire. THAT would explain the lack of tire spin.
