backup light switch
Has anyone replaced the backup light switch on a ZF 6-sp? I can see it up there but it looks like it would be a real challenge to get at. I checked the bulbs and the fuse and they are both good. :cheers:

I think its pretty much like the switch on the 4+3. You can unplug the switch and jump the connector and see if the backup lights come on which will prove it is the switch. I had my brother turn the outside of a 7/8 socket so there was only .015 wall between the hex peaks and the OD. This allowed the socket to fit on the switch hex so I could remove it. Nothing else I tried would budge the switch.
