Throttle body air duct
Hi,
I've replaced the original TB on my '86 with a TB by BBK 52mm. Nut the original TB Air Duct doesn't fit. The original TB is about 120mm x 74mm and the BBK is 125mm by 78mm or so.
It looks like there is only one size TB Air Duct and should fits all?
Please advise.

I believe there are three ways to get it to fit. Some have used a heat gun (not a hair dryer) on the duct and some have used boiling water. Both of these make the duct soft enough to stretch over the opening. Another way is to grind the casting on the outside of the opening.

Hi, we did it, after spilling some blood the air duct finaly installed!
The original;
The old one removed;
Mr I know nothing at work...
The BKK installed;
Setting up whit my own flatcable manualy made...;
We've accepted 0,53V since it wouldn't stay on 0,54V but that's better than 0,46V originally.
