Walbro pumps, did you have to lower your fuel pressure after the install?
I was curious as to when you install a WALBRO pump if you need to lower your pressure on your regulator as the new pump causes a higher pressure, initially. I have a GNX fuel pump, and I have to back the screw all the way out to get a 39 psi. Before the pump, I had to turn it up.

Have you checked your fuel pressure? And what about Air Fuel Ratio ? Mine got richer and my pressure went up.
My fuel pressure increased some but it was more because this pump worked and the stock one was weak. Air/Fuel is custom programmed so it's not an issue.

How did you custom tune your air fuel ratio? I had a chip burned, and used a Wide Band O2 sensor. The fuel pump increased my air fuel ratio from 12. 8 to 11.4, so I had to lean the fuel out with the regulator.

I know the computer can be tuned, And I believe Speed Demon Dyno Tunes using a Wideband O2 sensor to tune your computer via a flash program, just the same way chips get burned for 93 and older , on the dyno.
What I was getting at was if anyone had to lower the fuel pressure back after the install of the pump to get there Air Fuel ratio back to what it was as the pump puts more pressure and volume in the system, and I thought this could richen a car up.

you are correct the walbro will raise the pressure because of the more volume it is pushing i believe ski could not turn his down under 41 or 42 lbs with the walbo installed the holley regulator can and will turn down as low as you would want to go
some of the buick guys are running two of those walbos and only have the second one kick in under full boost conditions to stay away from an overly rich condition at idle and low boost
