solid color roof trim question.
Hi Im the guy who's glass roof experienced "Delamination" at 50 MPH.
Anyway Im replacing it with a solid roof,"Not glass".
The used one I got has a chrome trim around it.Chrome on a C4?
Is that chrome supposed to be there? Is it supposed to be painted black?
I dont know how its supposed to be & want it right.

Its supposed to be black.Either someone changed it or the paint flaked off and was removed.My hardtop has some chips/flakes in the black metal trim and its chrome underneath,go figure.
You can prob scuff and spray black trim paint over it.Wont hold up forever but should be allright.
