Just wondering, not having any trouble with it. If so, what would you clean it with?

I cleaned mine when I cleaned the MAF. It looked pretty dirty. I used CRC electronics parts cleaner-- safe for electronics.
Now it looks nice, but I can't tell any difference whatsoever. Same temp readings, same performance.

Figured electronic cleaner would probably be good but wanted to get an opinion first as some of this stuff is so sensitive. Thanks.

IAT shouldn't be getting dirty. I've had light accumulation of grey matter on the MAF screen and on one MAF diode, but the IAT sensor still looks new. This is the two wire sensor plugged into the air duct on the passenger side just behind the MAF.

If it is dirty, than your air cleaner is not doing it's job.
