Default Procharger owners (experts) please respond

I am working on a turbo system for my 91 vette. I know that procharger puts an intercooler up front where I want my intercooler. I have several questions.
1) What are the dimensions of the intercoolers? (cfm?)
2) What is the intercooler airscoop they list? (#AM008I-1) $175.00
3) Do you have to cut the upper shroud?
4) Do they have a shroud for the intercooler?

I know that is alot of questions, but I hope you can see where I am headed. Pics of your system would also be appreciated.

If you are referring to the single 3 core like the LT1 kits have that sit over the front of the radiator in place of the bellows, I would reconsider. This unit isn't made to flow more than enough cold air to support 500HP efficiently. Although there is one member who is making 600RWHP with one with no complaints.

Take a look at the L98 kits, with the dual 2 cores that sit in the front wheel wells. If you could make those fit, and route fresh air to them they're supposedly supposed to flow and cool very well.

Don't forget, there's always water/alky injection too.

If you do want measurements, I can get you some basic ones. Try calling someone at ATI http://www.procharger.com

There is no aftermarket shroud required for the intercooler, however you do have to cut a 10" by 5" hole in the stock shroud.

Not sure what the $175 intercooler scoop is, but maybe it's for the twin baby intercoolers on the L98 kits.
