How much mechanic time?
How much time by the book would it take a mechanic to drop a ZF transmission and pull the clutch out?
Reason is, I'm gonna be sending my clutch to Centerforce for their inspection.
I'd just like to know how much shop time/labor I'm gonna have to spend to take the clutch out.

Well, me and my dad (both mechanics) took about an hour to 1.5 hours to get the tranny out.
The recommended time, according to ShopKey, is 4.1 hours for removal and installation, including dropping the exhaust. That's not taking out the clutch.
