Default LT1 water pump weep hole.
Started my cam and header install today, looks like I’ll be able to reuse my water pump. The weep hole shows no signs of a leak.
I will be sealing up and venting the Opti per the Corvette Clinic Tech Tip. I don’t want to have to worry about it when the water pump does check out, then I can install a Meziere Pump.

clean as a whistle!

You can add a drain tube that will reroute the leakage to the side somewhere...
