Vehicle wants to hunt or walk a little on the road only after going over bumps. As maybe, while unloading the front end. I have new tires and just aligned. Was doing this before tires and alignment. I cant seem to make any ball joints move, maybe the pitman??? Any ideas? Thanks.
Also if your toe is set close to zero. Which is good for reducing wear but will cause the car to dart around over bumps etc. Mine used to do that until I had them bump the toe back to 1/16th.
tell me, what size tire are you running in the front? the bigger (wider) the tire the more it will want to "walk" around. I run 275's in the front and on some roads it's so bad that people would think I'm drunk.
How long have you had this car? Is this a new problem?
I know that the 275's make my car do some strange things from time to time.
If this is a new problem I would say to check out all the joints.
