93 corvette alternator (I THINK)
Hey guys I have a problem with my car and can't figure out what it might be. The problem is that none of the gauges of the car seem to wanna work also the radio cuts off the AC does not cool and the lights take a while to come up. I thought at first it was the alternator but took too O 'Reilys and he said it was running fine. Also some kind of Sys light keeps coming on don't know what that might be. Any suggestion on what it might be thanks :confused:

that is a problem. I am thinking that perhaps the Chassis Control Module has crapped out.
Check all the fuses... if your interior functions have died like that, it sounds like a huge problem in the making.
do you have a helms manual? if not, get one, cause you ain't gonna fix it without. http://www.helminc.com.
There is a sale on C4 Gen for service manuals. check for it.

The systems light means you've thrown a code.Try going to http:/www.c4vettes.com/ecm.htm should provide quite a short cut to dianosis and repair without guessing. :iagree: get the Helms-you won't regret it. Check on ebay, you might get lucky, I did :D
