Default Wire location?

I removed the lower panel on the passenger's side to gain access to the ECM.
There is a brown, and orange wire with yellow rubber fuse holders that dropped down.
Somehow they had become severed.
Does anyone know what they are for?
Most importantly, does anyone know where it attaches to?
Thanks!

does your car have an aftermarket stereo or alarm?

No. No aftermarket anything that I know of(I didn't put anything in there.)
Yes they are the cylinder shape glass fuses.

Someone may have installed a mounted cell phone or something before you owned it. Mine came w/ one & I stall have the ugly screw holes in the center of my console to remind me. No glass fuses came stock that I know of.

I am bringing the wires up because prior to finding them I was having code 42 problems and it's now running rough.
I'm just hopeing that you are right and it's not there to protect some other component, ie computer.
