I changed my oil at 46,600 miles,I now have 49,700 miles and the change oil light came on, I checked the oil and it is up to the full mark, it looks a little dirty so I will change it tomorrow, can I drive the car for a few more miles before I change it tomorrow, I have been using Mobile 1 5w30 and this is about when I planned on changing the oil but I need to use the car to go to court tomorrow about 10 miles away, any help please. And will the change oil light go out when I change the oil tomorrow.

Do yourself a favor, and check out this oil study. It will show you just how long you can go between oil changes, when using synthetics. Oil life monitor or not, I run the oil 7500 miles, minimum.
