Power Window Ribbon Lubricant
My power windows have been going pathetically slow, I took one door panel off and cleaned the vertical post and put some silicon spray lube on the ribbon and now that window goes much better. I am going to try to get to the ribbon and clean it as best I can and lube it, my question is what to use as a lubricant? Grease? Oil? WD40? Silicon spray? Teflon spray on lube?

I did this last week. I just used a spray can of WD-40 type oil. It was kinda messy because it is hard to get in there to aim to the moving parts. It did seem to help though
