I don't know about best price, but MAD has them for $14-$16 depending on the year model. Zip. C.C., etc. all offer these gadgets. The price is so low that I wouldn't worry about spending a couple of bucks one way or another. Best to order a CAG by-pass with other items so you don't end up paying big shipping costs on an inexpensive item.

The price of my CAGS eliminator was ZERO.
I just unplugged it from the trans and wrapped/shrunk tubed the ends.
