New GM 383??
Ok, I can use a little help here. I am over in Korea for another 6 months and was reading somewhere that Chevrolet has come out with another version of the 383 with more performance. Something like 420hp. Does anyone have part number and/or price or best place to buy. I would also be curious if it would work with TPIS miniram II and TPIS headers. It would also be for a 91 automatic. Thanks all. Best way to answer me is my personal email at malcolmmar@msn.com because the 8th Army blocks(gasp) this website.

Back in the late 60s, early 70s 8th Army was oft referred to as the 8th Imperialistic Army. Sounds like things haven't changed much.
Sallee Chevrolet has a 450hp 383, part numbers are: Base P/N SC450BLB, Premium P/N SC450PE

You will have to replace the water pump that comes with it or see if Sallee will exchange it. The MiniRam will bolt right up to it.
