My window when rolls up seems it rolls a bit too high and crooked.... catchin the upper trim and not closing properly ... What a PITA !!!
Is there a trick to adjusting this thing so it closes evenly with out me having to bring the window down slightly in order to compensate ??
Re: Help adjusting driver side window.... (madquake)
well.. you need to remove the door panel... and the sound shield.
the rest gets into a black art... I don't have all the answers here, its all done by feel.
there are bolts across the top of the door that hold the window pads in place, those will need to be loosened. You will need to check the catch pins - one at the front, one at the back. Also, you will need to check the mounting of the glass to the regulator. Finally, there are 2 bolts top, 2 bottom, that hold the regulator in place.
