Exhaust sound question
I am looking for a new exhaust on my 85 vette and i want to shop around and i am not sure which one i want is there any websites that offer exhaust systems with like sound files that i can listen to it before i buy it :chevy thanks

There are plenty of web sites for all the exhaust systems, but I don't think you'll find any sound clips to compare. But, if you look around this forum at topics over the last 14 days you'll find some discussions that do contain sound clips. Keep in mind, everything's relative, and what sounds good on your computer might not sound the same in real life.

Ask other Corvette onwers what type of exhaust they have on their car if you like the way it sounds. They will be more than happy to tell you about their car. :yesnod:

I have an '85 also, and put on Flowmasters. They sound good, but resonate in the car between 1200 - 1400 rpm. They improved acceleration... I tried to attach a picture, but can't seem to get it here... :crazy:

Yah I got Flowmasters on mine to but they drone a bit at low crusizn idle.
But scream nicely and have a nice tone when I get on it....
Mine is a 93 Auto :(
They sound much better in my 5 Speed 5.0 Mustang!!
