foglight upgrades (NOT 50 Watts)
im talking about some serious upgrades. like 70watts or more. i think you have to redo some wriring for this? has anybody gone wild on their headlight/fog/running light systems? i hate when you are doing the twisties at ngiht and you cant see poopie. i need some serious wattage from these bulbs

I have the same problem, I bought the nice blue upgrades off e-bay and changed my fuse. No joy! I finally switched out my headlights for the sylvania silverstars. I can finally see! What a difference. They cost around fifty bucks for the pair. Let me know though, if you find a way to make the fogs put out. mine are lame. :lol:

I would be careful of the thin plastic housings with that much wattage. You may also want to upgrade the wires going to the bulb as they will also get warm and replace the fuse. If you get a quality bulb you may not have to go over 50w. PIAA is great.

:nonod: :nonod: No Silverstar driving lights for our cars. The part # for the fog lamp is 896 and they make in Silverstar's they have an 890 ST and an 893 ST http://www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htm
Correction: They make it for the 84-90's....but not 91 and newer.
