If by "full tune up" you are including the distributor be prepared to shell out major money there, and a major headache. You can start with plugs and wires. Stay away from Delco Platinum plugs. Like Bogus said they lose their platinum pucks and then they are just REALLY expensive normal plugs.
For normal plugs you can go with any of the following, cost increases as you go down.
Autolite 106
AC Delco R44LTS
NGK TR55
If you want a fancy plug you can go with any of of the milliion different varieties of Autolite Platinums. NGK sells platinum as well. If you want to get really fancy NGK sells the Iridium plugs too.
Any of these should work just fine. Just remember, avoid Delco Platinum plugs, and avoid the gimmick plugs like Splitfire, Bosch +2, Bosch +4, etc. There's a whole lot of money there for absolutely nothing.
Certainly do plug wires while you're at it. I would highly recommend MSD 8.5 Superconductors. They are a little too big for the stock wire looms but they are excellent wires. They are also now available in black if you don't want the bright red in your engine compartment.

I agree mostly with; start with the throttle body/IAC (especially those miles - see picture as to why). Then you could consider Taylor's or Morroso and plugs. I would avoid the stock plug, I changed to the TR55-ix's and really like them (one puck was missing after about 20k on the AC-Delco's where the puck is no one knows.)

just a suggestion....but your oxygen sensors may be clogged. run your car @2000 rpm in park for about two minutes...that will clear the oxygen sensors if they're clogged.
