I'm not sure where you could get that 9th injector elim package, but if it dosn't contain a new ECM (a used ECM from an '89 Vette would work) you will lose cold start ease. If you can't find the kit and just want to lose the hardware, cut a plate & gasket to cover the injector hole and get a plug for the rear of the ruel rail.
BTW, looking at your list of mods I don't see "frisbee" elimiatied nor cut-back plugs. Try these (see my site) for a nice HP boost.
