Although if the c5west setup is not that great I may end up putting just as much into it eh?
Maybe I"ll wait and see what goodies I can find at carlise(spelling?)

C5 west is notorious for poor fitting merchandise.... expect to have to re-engineer the dash to actually make it fit in the car. At least if you upgrade to the 90-up dash, you know the stuff will fit.

Can a 96 interior be put into an 85 ? Cause I did go through c5west awhile back and installed that enterior kit. my opinion--it does look pretty nice--but is a PAIN in the butt to install, cause YES, the interior will need fabricated abit to fit just right...LOTS OF TIME----to put into it,,,But it looks sweet----as for the pics on c5west, I think those install pics suck---I had a Much more custom of a job done on my c5west kit.....more expensive too!!! Also did the c4r wing, c4r scoop, louvers, c5 mirror upgrade,
c4r headlights (non popups) ----SWEET!!! :party:

I have a 1991 dash in my 89 but have a 96 dash pad that I may install once I work out the hole where the Air bag use to be.

I've read bad things about C% West in this forum. It seems they don't want to back their products, but like to keep your money. The guy even bragged about being able to fight off attempts to cancel charges on credit cards. I don't trust him.

:iagree: I read the same post from c5 west. I wouldnt buy anything from them. I have read posts about fit and finish problems withtheir products and the one with c5 west actually telling this forum member he was basicly screwed. :shocked: Screw c5 west , they suck. Spend your money on something else.....or send it to me.. I promise to keep it and send you something you cant use :D

Actually, I'm getting ready to drop the actual dash into the car--looks like it will be a tight fit, I had all the fiberglass parts painted a shelby gt silver color...and yellow trimming to match exterior. I'd love to post some exterior pics, but I guess I have sat down and figured out how to attach pics to my messages on the forum....help...thanks :nopity
