Well, you take the old one off and glue the new one on. It's not rocket surgery!

Pull the plastic hold-downs at the ends with a pair of dykes but be careful. You'll using them again. Use a narrow putty knife and a heat gun to lift a corner. Then with this putty knife, big screwdriver and the heat gun with a concentrator on it, heat the glue where it's stuck to the body a little at a time and pull. If your good and lucky the glue will all come up with the old rubber and leave a nice clean area to glue onto. Get some 3M black weatherstrip glue at the parts store. Hold it down with duct tape until the glue sets. Put the plastic hold-down pins back in. You're done.
