Help! Bose Problems
Well, a long last...the Bose bug hit me. I'm getting squeaking sounds from the passenger side front speaker...kinda sounds like some mice having a fight in there. Is that the amp and/or speaker going out?
How does one get in there to remove and replace? :cry

Look up Dr Don's in Texas. He repaired my rear speakers, replaced the amps, and it cost around $65 each. It's a common failure for our 92 Bose systems. http://www.doctordons.com

Bose will refurb a speaker for $75 and guarantee it as long as you own the car. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=399810 is a thread that has info on removing the speakers. You can get contact info from bose at http://www.bose.com. I had them rebuild all 4 of my speakers and my bose sounds great.

For Bose System repairs with a one year warranty call same day audio. I've seen some others out there but this guy's prices look really good and he says he'll fix and ship back out the same day so you're not driving around for two weeks without a stereo.
