Keisler Tranny Conversion Kit for C4s
I just got of the phone with Keisler Automotive engineering, and they said that a C4 conversion will be available early June, available in 5 or 6 speed models. (From a 4+3 or an auto) :hurray:
I think, I'm going to sit on my car and wait for this product before and if I rebuilt my 3rd 700r4 :yesnod:

according to the salesman, it would include similar components as their c3 kits. check out their link for the list www.keislerauto.com

It'll be nice to have an alternative to the ZF6 and Richmond transmissions. Can't wait to hear more. :lurk:

i'm currently looking at my 3rd tranny rebuilt. i'm looking at raptor transmisisons for ($2300 to handle 600hp) plus new torque converter ~$500.
the lowest price i've seen so far is at bowtie overdrive for ~ $1300.
if the kit (5-spd) is only going to cost me $3200, then most likely i will switch over to the 5 spd. the 6 spd is alot more, so i may not even consider it.
i just hate having to do rebuilds almost every year and half. and it would be worth the extra money for me anyways, to bang those gears again.
atleast now, we have another option.
