Fuel Filter
I'm replacing my fuel filter and the flow arrow points to the back of the car, is that correct :confused:

Yea I know but the old one was pointing to the back for 40K miles :confused:

Sounds like it'll work that way, however it may not be catching any crap running the opposite direction.
Check one of your other C4's to see what direction they are pointing towards.

ugh. I did this one last weekend... what a PITA it was.
be careful... the return line can set up a syphon that will dump fuel out like crazy...
I ended up with a lovely chemical burn from it... ouch... :cuss

That said, there is nothing on the c4 that is worse to work on than replacing the stupid fuel filter.. !!!!!

It's the Ruby, doing some PM.
Yea it's a PITA but it isn't that bad :smash:

I changed mine while the engine was cold, after sitting overnight.
Surprised-- no gas spray at all, just some dripping.

I guess you've never replaced the heater core
