Default MSD fuel pump booster install, HELP

The directions look rather straight forward, but I already have the Racetronix harness. The racetronix harness came with the pump booster interface, which is basically a connector on the power wire, near the fuel pump, for you to plug into. Which wires from the MSD fpb connect to these (or do they?). Do you still need to connect the 2 wires on the MSD to the battery? Do you have to use the MSD relay? The MSD directions show 2 of the wires going directly to the fuel pump wires, within one foot of the pump, due to the small factory wires. Is the power supposed to go exclusively through the pump booster, or does it just boost the voltage on the existing wire? Anyone who has installed both of these (or racetronix guys, if you are reading this) please chime in. Thanks in advance.

The MSD unit is fitted with the connector assembly supplied in the system and plugged into the mating connector just after the relay in the Racetronix harness as shown in our ad: http://www.racetronix.com/product/RX...-C5-FPK-2b.jpg
The fused wire on the MSD unit is the input side which takes the male connector and plugs into the relay end of the harness. The output wire from the MSD unit is fitted with the female connector and plugged into the other end. The ground wires are connected to the frame of the vehicle. Solder all connections. Use the connector on the Racetronix harness as an assembly reference.

So, I can basically ditch the MSD supplied relay? Just plug the fused (+) input wire of the MSD into the battery and relay (front) end of the Racetronix harness, and plug the (+) output wire of the MSD unit (intended for the fuel pump connection) to the tank (rear) end of the Racetronix harness. Then just put both grounds on the same ground bolt as the relay, right? So the power from the Racetronix harness is just taking a detour through the MSD booster, which is grounded with both ground wires?

Correct in all areas!

The MSD booster is in-between the connector assembly provided. You do not require the MSD relay setup. Install the connectors, plug it in and you are done.

So, this would mount the MSD unit somewhere back there by the tank. That's fine for all of the wiring, but what about the vacuum line for boost reference? Should I run a vacuum line all the way from the front of the car, or should I get an electric sending unit for boost, then just run the wire?
