in your '92 you don't have access to stuff like injector offsets, right? so in your case you're looking at trial and error to find a compromise by just changing the injector size.
the true flow for those red top bosch injectors is 29.4 at 39psi. if you know your exact fuel pressure you can calculate what the flow is in your car. but the flow isn't linear with pulsewidths by any means. manufacturers build all sorts of fudge factors into their programs, and some aren't accesible to us.
for instance, you might need to tweak a few VE cells in addition to the injector size.
this is all assuming you want it perfect.
