Clunking when exiting a right hander
I'm hoping someone may have some experience or insight on this little problem.
Suspension and drivetrain are tight. New & balanced just about everything. When exiting a right hander, and accelerating easily, when the 700R4 shifts to third I get a clunk from the drivetrain/suspension. It is a noticable noise and can be felt in the seat. Wifey hears it too! Tonite I was powering through a tight (20MPH) uphill right hander and as I rolled into the throttle (2nd) the clunk was very evident. Tomorrow it's up on ramps to start shaking everything down.

The only "clunk" I've had on turns was caused by a loose rear spinle nut. I had the same symptoms you describe. I torqued it to 165 ft. lbs. and it went away. I remember you had your entire rear suspension apart in the past. Did you torque the spindle nuts to at least 165 ft. lbs.? It's an easy check.

Re: Clunking when exiting a right hander (86PACER)
Good suggestion! Last weekend I retorqued the driveline (U-Jnts and spindles) and rear suspension. Plan to recheck the C-beam and and batwing today. Guess I'll try and spinup the driveline on jack stands.

When I put my beam plates on the rear clunked when going from froeward to reverse until I torqued them about 20lb ft tighter then the spec. May also be due to worn ball joints if you feel the noise from the front.
