Datamaster/Hypertech??
Yes I was bored yesterday so I decided to run a datalog on an old Hyper chip I have and compare #s to my ski chip. Datamaster would not communicate at all no matter what. Ive run WINALDL before on it, no problem. Gave up and stuck the Ski chip back in and the Datamaster ran good. Didnt even open a new file, just put it in and clicked start. Whats up? Any one else have trouble scanning aHypertech chip??

maybe winaldl is not so far in evolution like datamaster...
the more a program is capable, i think the more complicated is the datalogging process..
what makes me thinking...why can you datalog a stock chip, but cant read a hypertech
where is the difference??? Prom ID??
i can datalog every self burned prom..why not the hypertech??
but you can read every chip to get the bin files!!
