I just replaced the starter solonoid a few weeks ago. Occasionally now, when I go to start it, the car will make a load grinding noise. What could I have done wrong during the instalation of the starter? Thanks

Sounds like you need to do one of two things:
Shim the starter by either buying a set of shim from a auto parts store and installing them between the starter and the block, or:
Which I think is more likely, loosen the two starter to block bolts and re-position the starter.
If the starter engaged properly BEFORE you changed the solenoid, then shims shouldn't be needed. The problem is most likely the new position of the starter and how you re-installed it.
