Lean cond. when downshifting?

Lean cond. when downshifting?
730 computer. Goes way lean coming into corner and downshifting. 17:1 a/f
and backfires. Also in middle of corner when just starting to pick throttle up about 1/4 throttle or less, stays lean and misses. When I mat it it clears up and run 13:1 or so.
What needs to change?

I'm fighting the exact same problem on my new car. We pretty much have the same set-up as far as fuel management. I just got back from some testing at the Tire Rack and have a pretty good idea of which way to go next. It'll be next week-end before I can test it to be sure. Drop me an email and I can send you a copy of the bin that I'm going with next week-end. We ran it on the scope this afternoon and it looked pretty good.
