Optispark replacement
Need to replace my optispark, my wife purchased a dynaspark unit, have decided to try it myself. Will take all hints, help, pros and cons, I want to start taking of my vette. I will also put on a Meziere eletric water pump. I need all the help I can get, and is this out of my range. I have not much with bcars in alot of years.

you can do it.
It's just a lot of bolts. there is nothing really brain stretching to this.
The balancer is the biggest problem... once the bolts are removed, you will have to get under the car and wack on the balancer with a 2x4 and a hammer.
the water pump has 6 bolts... and they are hidden!!! depending on vintage, the power steering pump might have to be loosened.
It's just a lot of bolts. there is nothing really brain stretching to this.
