Default J55 Brake upgrade

I have a 94 with the standard 12" brakes up-front. I am considering upgrading to the 13" J55 brakes. Do the J55 calipers, caliper brakets, and 13"rotors bolt directly to the standard front-end spindles or are adapter plates required?

Thanks

you can get really good prices on HD (13") rotors on RockAuto.com, just had to buy a set for mine a couple weeks ago. $67 bucks each for slotted/cross-drilled Raybestos BruteStops. Look really good with the GS caliper behind the wheel.
