How much fluid does the brake system hold???
I am going to flush the entire system today, and want to totally refill with new brake fluid. How much will i need, and whats the best way to do this?

I just redid my barakes about 2 wks ago, I emptied the resevoir then pulled all the lines at the callipers cause I replaced them with braded. 1Qt of DOT 4 did the trick. If your not removing the lines, start bleeding after you rmove the fluid in the resevoir and refill with new at R rear till you get good clean fluid coming through. Then L rear, R front L front same deal.
Make sure that you keep an eye on the fluid level and consult manual for bleeding proceedure. I was told to depress pedal no more than 75% and count to 15 at the end of the upstroke before depressing again. Hope this helps. :seeya
