If you can reach it, the box end of a wrench and gentle persuassion can rub it out. If you can't reach it, you have to find the right size ball bearing and push it through.

Well this is actually on my prostreet chevelle that I just picked up. It's got 2 1/8" primaries and they're all equal length (of course one has a slip joint and wraps over the frame...ugh). Instead of getting a mini starter he just banged the pipe in...so yeah it's a pretty serious dent :D But to replace would be 600-1000.00
I'm now thinking I'll just have to have a shop cut it out and weld in a new section. Def want to take of that before I throw down the $300 for Jethot.
