No difference if both engines are built the same, ie. cam heads exhaust etc.
Not realy, reverse cooling heads on the LT1=higher compresion ratio
The LT1 is a compleatly diferent motor heads, cam, block opti ect.. ect.. They both use the same bore and stroke and the bottom ends are simmilar.
LT1 will be a little bit faster mostly because of the better heads.
The actual cam profiles are similar.
Just my opinion but I would think that the cam profiles have to be a little different considering they make the horsepower and torque in different rpm ranges. Changing the intake without changing the cam isn't going to accomplish much in letting the L98 run that much better at rpms above 5000.

Its more because they have different intakes.
Just look up the specs, they arent really all that different.
