OEM harmonic balancer.
Are all C4s harmonic balancers neutral balanced?
Can I use a harmonic balancer from a 87 on my 91?
When is it time to step up to a better damper, abow 6500rpm??

Its a good compromise between overkill in your case (racing applications like ATI, etc.), and the lousy stock damper. You'll defintiely want to upgrade, this one is inexpensive at $49 USD, will rev to 6,500 RPMs (more than you'll ever need), and is CNC'd to install tighter than stock (a very good thing).
