Default Update on my "Lost Overdrive"

After the change of the inner weights on governor ( you can refer to this post http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=816787 The last part of the tread...)
I noticed that no 3 to 4 occurs.
WOT shifts are just I want.
Part/minimal throttle shifts are a bit changed:
before weights change:
1-2 12 mph
2-3 24 mph
3-4 54 mph

Now:
1-2 13mph (almost the same)
2-3 30 mph (25% more)
3-4 ?? It seems I lost overdrive..

Yesterday night I performed a new try and I found that overdrive is live again, the only difference is that it comes at 85 mph or so..at about 3100 rpm
The problem is that to gain speed to reach this limit (85 mph) I have to use the gas pedal and using the gas pedal I increase the pressure via TV cable (of coure) delayind even more the 3 to 4 shifts. In effect when engaged, I can maintain it up to 75 mph...
I think I will go to change the weights again (messing the good WOT shift obtained) or I have to use a lighter 3 to 4 valve spring in the valve body allowing earlier 3-4 part throttle shifts.
Or I'm tempted by a Full manual valve body where if I'm in First it stays in first and If I'm in 3 it stays in 3, whithout automatic upshift/downshift.
Someone can give me some additional input on this valve body?
TCI GM TH-700R4, all, reverse shift pattern w/ full engine braking 376015
