Horn won't blow
 Both horns on My 90 don't make any sound. Could it be the relay or
or has anybody experienced other causes

Re: Horn won't blow (ringleader90)
my horn sounds like the last noise a dying old emphysemic goose would make on its death bed. it is actually fairly embarassing to use it...

Set the security alarm with the window down; reach in and unlock the door and open it. If the alarm sounds the horns check the horn ring.
If the horns don't sound, tap a jumper to the power connection of each horn; if they shound check the horn relay behind the center of the I/P in the mulit-use center.

I just poped the horn button on my '88 and cleaned the contacts but that air bag on your '90 may make it a little more of a challenge.

Re: Horn won't blow (ringleader90)
I had a case where the bayonet connector was not making perfect contact, and my horns didn't work only when the wheel was straight. Strange. (The connector is a spring loaded connector on the horn switch harness.)
Here's the post that describes this in a bit more detail.

Re: Horn won't blow (tempest)
:smash: There is a wire that goes into the steering column with a spring on the end of it that goes into a cam that is made out of plastic. The sping is always under tension and the cam broke. Had to pull the air bag and steering wheel to replace the cam.
