I have many vehicles so I never drive my vette in the rain. My opti is supposedly dead, can I just dry the poopie out of it with a hairdryer and be on my merry way? Please?

The moisture itself being in there is not the problem. The problem is when the moisture creates rust or the moisture creates a short. Either way, once this happens, it's ruined. Now, if you get it wet and dry before you try and start the car, that my help but if you are having problems, the only thing that coud save it is possibly opening it up and cleaning the inside but that is a small chance in you know where.
Hi Scott, How many miles on the 92? My original opti made it to 44K when my OEM water pump leaked all over my opti and destroyed it. Bite the bullet and replace the opti and water pump (I chose the electric water pump route). Also vent the opti like the 95 -96 LT1's.
