.....well on the way to work this morning out the door i go, crank the other car, back out and notice right away that the antenna is up on my 1994 corvette...how can this be?.....i have the keys in my pocket....i walk over, and peer inside to see that the radio is on and playing......so to make a long story short, the radio will not turn off, and using the key in the ignition back and forth just caused the radio to sit there and intermittently go on and off.....even after i pull the key out.......so i pulled the no.4 fuse for ignition and radio......everything went off, and hopefull stayed off, so i left it. i suspect that the ignition switch is gone and needs replacing. any other ideas out there?

Sounds like the Delayed Access Bus was still functioning. The radio will stay on for 15 minutes or until the drivers door is opened. If the pin switch on the door has gone south, the radio may not shut off when the door is opened.
Remove pin switch and clean contacts and metal surrounding it. If that doesn't do the trick, replace pin switch. They aren't that expensive. :cheers:
