i run the cheapo hedmans(1 5/8") but i have all the pollution crap taken off my engine, a lot of guys here swear by hookers, do an archive search on this topic and you will find your anwsers

The fit and effectivness of the headers are not affected by the intake system. The (1 3/4") Hookers are too big for your 350. Hedmans or another brand of 1 5/8ths" are much better suited to an under 400 cid small block.
