Default Brake Bleeding ??? On Pressure Bleeder or ???

Has anyone tried one of the cheap Motive pressure bleeders on their car and if so what was your opinion ?? I have tried the vacumn type and didn't like the results and also had problems with the self bleed valve breeder screws. What do you guy think or use ???

I used the "mityvac" with my speed bleeders. What didn't you like about the vacuum method? Just curious...

No matter how much I tried to seal the threads, it would still suck air and I got bubbles in the fluid, and it was a snapon product so it wasn't a cheap one and before I bleed the pedal was strong, but fluid was dirty and I put in new NAPA dot 4 and now I get a low pedal on the first pump and full pedal on the second pump, so it must be air and I bleed a quart through each the front and the back and that should have flushed everything. Sound logical ??

i had similar bad experiences with the vacuum pump. afterwards i did it the old way once, then got Speedbleeders. i think i get more consistent results with the Speedbleeders (at least until the thread seals will start wearing out).

I purchased and used the Motive Products pressure bleeder - what a great product! Works like a dream. Had to remove the PCM from it's mount to get the unit to seal to the master cylinder resivoir but it allows perfect brake bleeding without any air / bubbles. I charged the unit with a full quart of fluid, pressurized and used the standard bleed sequence. I was finished in 15 minutes and wishing I had another car to bleed. It's one of the best tools I've purchased in a while - very happy with the product.

Which of the Motive bleeders do you folks recommend? I went to the web site; found several models from $49 to $99. Which is best? Or, are there others that are recommended?

I believe the one I purchased was the $49.99 version - I called the manufacturer and asked which was appropriate for the '94 Vette and went with what he recommended.....wasn't disappointed.
